Hi, I’m Carol, and Yoga has changed my life.
I was drawn to Yoga during my 20s and fell in love with the results simply from the breathing offered in my 1st class. I wanted more but allowed life events to pull me in different directions, focusing on the outer influences.
In my 40s I renewed a focus on Yoga, realizing ‘you take yourself with you no matter where you go’. As a world traveler, I’ve experienced this firsthand. My desire to teach Yoga has only grown following a long corporate career. I became certified in Hatha Yoga in 2005 and have been teaching ever since…, including virtual classes during the pandemic.
